Returns and Exchanges

All Culture Shop merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will take care of you.

Refund Process

A credit will post to your account approximately two-four days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
